1.Conventional Build Projects:

Upon receipt of the engineer's drawings our Estimating Department will calculate costs using our own in-house designed estimating software. Once the costs are generated, the Estimating Department will issue a letter of offer which clearly indicates our scope of work along with 3-D drawings, in order for the client to have a clear understanding of what our offer includes.

3.We offer professional connection design service to our client.

The importance of connection design is often overlooked in the costing process, our detailing team work in conjunction with our estimating team ensuring that this critical element receives the proper attention that it deserves. We can offer a full connection design with the help of local structural engineers.

 

4.Fittings and main shafts are assembled and painted in up to 25 tonne erectable batches that are monitored through the production process in our struMIS production data management system. Our in-house beam straightening / cambering machines provides us with the ability to pre-camber a wide range of sizes and types of steel section.

 

5.Other important building components we offer

The entire primary members and secondary members are designed and fully fabricated including cut-to-length, punching, drilling, welding and preforming in the factory before shipped to the site for erection.

At the site, all components are assembled and jointed via nut & bolt connections; thereby reducing the costs and assembly times.
