EasyThru® Reinforced Endotracheal Tubes ensure patient’s airway unobstructed under squeezing to reduce the risk during operation. Reinforced tracheal is called armoured tube as tube is non kinking.

A stainless - steel spring wire within the tube wall, kink resistance, flexible tube, these features ensure patient’s airway safe and reduce disconnects.

4.Production details

Instruction of usage

● Choose the suitable size according to patient’s weight. Usually, size 3.0mm, 3.5mm suitable for new born baby. Size 4.0 for 6-12 months, size 4.5 for 1-3 years, size 5.0-5.5mm for 3-8 years. Adult women choose size 6.5mm, 7.5mm; Adult male choose 8.0mm, 8.5mm.

● Check the unit package and product’s valid time before use

● Air inflation to check cuff, remove air before tube insertion

● Insert tube through oral or nasal

● Balloon inflation when tracheal tube in right position

● The endotracheal tube will be removed when doctor feels patient can breath well by himself. He will be given oxygen after the tracheal tube is removed, oxygen may be given through a face mask. The nurse will remind the patient to breath deeply and cough.

● Our factory is running according to ISO 13485 quality management system, we have complete quality control system to ensure each production process is inspected and qualified.

● Each patch of finished goods should be test by sampling before ship out.

● Clinic report ensure end user suggestion update to us on time

● Raw material and finished goods also need to send to third party for testing according to CE requirements.
